Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hour's notice) will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining balance to the card on file.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full appointment amount to the card on file.
Clients may reschedule once without losing their deposit if done at least 24 hours in advance.
